Network Ministries Global
Network Ministries is an outreach of VCC ministering to the nations, in particular
Cambodia and Southeast Asia. Formally founded in 1992, GN has it's roots in Pastor
Mike Hudgins' early ministry and even further back to the revival that occurred
in Cambodia in the few months prior to that nations plunge into darkness under
the Khmer Rouge in 1975. Global Network's mandate is to take this Gospel of the
Kingdom to nations through church planting and ministry to the poorest of the
poor. Our vision is to build a network of like minded individuals and congregations
who will share their resources - physical and spiritual - to fulfilling this mandate.
For more
than 10 years we have partnered with Sophal and Deborah Ung (pastors in Cambodia) and their ministry to the Cambodian people
and Sophal's call to "Feed the poor and Preach the Gospel". Over the
years we have fed many people, ministered to those in great need, built schools
and churches, dug wells, run vocational training schools and ministered the Kingdom.
We have established an orphanage for street orphans and seen many blessed. We
have seen many healings, salvations and even a resurrection. There are now 20-25
churches with 2000 - 2500 members. Our orphanage takes care of 35 - 60 kids on
a regular basis. Many who are now young adults continue to help with the orphans
and are growing as leaders in the church. We have a wonderful new headquarters
for the main church in Phnom Penh. Sophal and the church have wonderful favor
with the government, leaders, and people of Cambodia. The Father's blessing is
on Sophal and the church and our vision is that this work will become a fire that
will transform Cambodia and spread throughout Asia and even to many parts of the
world.
