We
also recommend you join a small group. In one of these smaller settings we find
people often develop friendship and receive support and encouragement for their
daily lives.
Another great place to get
connected is to come to our Wednesday night training. Besides having various classes on the church premises for adults, we have the Awana Club and childcare
for infants through sixth grade, and activities for Jr. high and high schoolers
on this night. We even offer dinner from 6:00- 6:45 p.m. at a very reasonable
price where you can meet people before the classes begin.
Finally,
we recommend you watch the church calendar for special fellowship events that
come up monthly. Newcomers also seem to especially benefit from Men's and Women's
events. We also have a young adults group for those college age and older that meets every
Friday night in the house of prayer offering fellowship, worship and bible study.
These are just a few ideas to get
you started at VCC. As you browse through this area of the website you'll find
many other ministries and opportunities for the entire family to get connected
here at VCC. If you're planning on visiting us here at VCC or you're a new member and have more questions on how to get connected to the church contact Jessica Healy, Newcomers' Pastor at the church office (949-425-3787) or email her at jessica@vccgn.org
